The action of the original sin resulted in curses for Adam, Eve, and the Serpent. Sinful actions on our part open the door for demonic influences to come into our lives. Like the blood sprinkled over the doorposts at the Passover, the covering of the blood of Jesus Christ along with repentance and rebuking the curse will result in Satan passing us by.
