God reveals the nature of the enemy with a variety of appellations or the terms which He applies to him. As the accuser, the enemy is relentless in accusation. As the slanderer, he uses inflammatory language to undermine, hurt, and tear down. As the destroyer, he afflicts. Our best defense is knowledge that gives us strength and the ability to stand on God’s high ground.
