After Adam’s disobedience, a gap or separation occurred between God and mankind. God used prophets and godly men and women to stand in that gap and draw men back to God. Today, we have Jesus Christ who permanently bridged the gap between God and man. As believers, having Christ in us, we can now participate in standing in the gap, drawing people to God through Jesus Christ.
