Because of the great love God has for us, we are obligated to love one another. This teaching defines two perspectives of God’s love and gives examples of Jesus perfectly mirroring God’s love. We, too, can love the way Jesus did by developing a heart of compassion rather than indifference, which is key to developing a heart of service.
