A Christian is one who is born of flesh from their earthly parents and born a second time of holy spirit. The second birth is your choice by deciding to make Jesus your Lord and to believe God raised him from the dead. This second birth imparts God’s nature into you and it is permanent. You can’t lose it, just as you can’t be unborn from your earthly parents.
