This teaching reviews three Gospel passages that include Mary and Martha, with attention to the reaction of each woman to Jesus’ words and deeds. Jesus addressed each of them individually according to their personal needs. Though their behaviors and reactions in the same situation were different, both were cared for and honored by Jesus.
