Paul exhorts Timothy to stand up and “fight the good fight”. The devil has devised many causes in the world. Christians should not be distracted by them or complacent but instead take a stand for the “good” fight. They must determine what the “good” fight is, know that God loves them, and make themselves known in a world of darkness.
