Have You Found Your Withered Hand?

In the biblical culture, the right hand was the hand of power and blessing. Jesus had a desire to heal the man with the shriveled right hand, but it wasn’t going to be behind closed doors. In calling the man to step forward and stretch out his hand, Jesus was inviting him to be healed and receive back his hand of power. Jesus is calling us forward to be courageous and humble for the places in our lives that are withered and in need of healing.
